It's the end of summer, Naomi & Ethan are dating and Chuck is jealous because he's in love with Naomi so he got a flashback of the passed summer and of what he tried to say to convince Naomi to break up with Ethan. In another part of town Blair talk with Serena of Naomi's birthday but seems like Serena got something to hide. Meanwhile Silver says to her sister Effy the reason why she's not friend with Naomi anymore: it's 'cause Naomi told everyone a secret about their dad. So Effy has a flashback .... she knows a Ethan's dirty little secret.... In the afternoon Serena, Naomi and Blair are getting ready for Naomi's party but Serena seems distract....who's she thinking of?? During the party someone send to Naomi a text.... Now... who wants to ruin Naomi's Sweet 16 birthday party?? Is it Chuck, Serena or Effy... looking for revenge??
